In order to sell Season Ticket seats you must always log in to the Bristol Rugby Seat Exchange. If you are confirmed as an approved Season Ticket Holder, a list of the remaining fixtures for the season will load on your screen.
List your seat(s)
Select the match that you would like to sell your seat(s) for. Click on the “Sell Tickets” link, which will bring up your personal menu for that fixture. Select “My Inactive Tickets” to view the ticket(s) for that match which you have not listed. Click on the “Listing Number” for the ticket you wish to list, and then select “Activate” to make the tickets available for fellow supporters to purchase.
You can also make amends to previous listings that have not already expired or been purchased by visiting the “My Account” section. Listing on the Bristol Rugby Seat Exchange is free and you will not be charged until your seat(s) have sold. You can also withdraw your seat(s) from sale at anytime prior to purchase by selecting “Inactivate” on the Event page within your account.
When your seat is purchased
Your seat(s) will remain on the Bristol Rugby Seat Exchange until they are purchased by a fellow Bristol Rugby supporter. When your seat is purchased, you will receive an email confirming the sale, the refund you will receive and instructions to send in your voucher(s) for that match.
Send your voucher immediately when you receive the email confirming your sale, to be received by the Club no later than 72 hours prior to the game. If you sell your ticket between 72 hours and 48 hours prior to the game, the voucher must be received by the Ticket Office 24 hours prior to kick-off.
By sending in your voucher(s) for the match to the Bristol Rugby Ticket Office, the Club can confirm your sale for the match and that you will not be using your seat. The Bristol Rugby Seat Exchange will close for that match two working days before kick-off. If your seat(s) has not been purchased by this point, you will still be able to use your seat for the match if you wish. You will also receive an email to this effect.
Getting paid
When your seat(s) sells on the Bristol Rugby Seat Exchange, you must send in your voucher to the Club to receive your payment. The value of your seat(s) minus the 10% seller fee will be sent to you by post 14 days after the match has taken place provided your voucher(s) has been received by the Bristol Rugby Ticket Office.
The amount refunded per ticket sold on the Bristol Rugby Seat Exchange is calculated as the average match price of your Season [Card / Ticket] minus the Seller Fee of 10% plus VAT. For example:
